I keep reading that the rvp,s and up need to go which I agree. But at my campus the problem was a president who put dollars ahead of students and employees. The doa,dof,and the dean came from meetings just shaking their head's. frustration. They were ordered to do things that they knew were illegal or unethical. I tried to be compliant and all I got was fired for my efforts. After I left so did the other managers. The only one still there is the president. Don't let the presidents off the hook. They are a big problem also.

Is there a union person we could go to? I havent seen anything in the mail but it seems like our union president shoul d be involved with the talks too.
Nobody should be bitter with ECMC. ECMC is what they are, a sub prime debt collector that operates the exact same as CCI. People should be pissed with themselves for thinking they were going to a better situation. People have had a long time to find another job. Only thing that remains is the hood rats, mud sharks, and single mothers: the core CCI.
Why do we have so many people bitter with ECMC? So far ECMC has been good to me at least. The fact that they saved us from the CCI liars is good enough for me. I hope they take the next step and clean up all the CCI nasty leadership.

CCI was exposed when abused employees and former employees decided to pick up a phone and call the NCFPB and ED. Some people choose to fight back instead of being a perpetual bitch. You could have submitted your complaints too. As for me, I was in a position where I had hours of documented crime to give the FEDS. And I wasn't the only one. I discovered one thing: companies like CCI can scare people all they want, but ultimately, they can't defend themselves when the man comes knocking. I can sleep very well at night knowing I did the right thing and CCI is almost no more. You can't force a company like CCI to change, all you can do is kill it. Me and your other coworkers did. Just say thanks and move on.
Look at the turnover rate at the campus. High management loss, unethical president. Low management loss, unethical management team agreeing with the president or bowing to pressure.
I can understand and sympathize. Same happened to me. If you don't play the game by their rules, they will get rid of you. I just wish we had more rights and all of CCI would have been exposed a lot sooner. Good luck to all.
