Thread regarding ECMC layoffs

Manual calcs at lower levels leave room for higher-ups to blame organization-wide summary-level data errors or inconsistencies on individual human error. Automated systems have the unfortunate byproduct of being ACCURATE as data gets aggregated/summarized. Forcing data to be manually calculated/organized/manipulated gives the higher-ups a plausible degree of deniability if an audit reveals material errors at the corporate level. ECMC has learned much from the CCi ELT! I wonder if anyone at ECMC will ever realize that CCi could not deliver the placement data ED wanted in a timely fashion for exactly these reason. I guess Hawn does not realize he might end up being Assimino's cellmate someday.
