Company is trying to reduce expenses…. Really? ...it’s a big joke …The contractors are enjoying and having their day and employees are cut down. Where is the real saving…..contractors expenses are much more and some of them have been there since ten plus years….with all expenses on company’s dime…is there a logic behind cutting down staff or mere personal grudge which people like Jesus Perez shows ….another manager down on his knees and sucking up to the management which he has excel and do the best, playing dirty politics and favoring Latinos.

Oh, the name Jesus Perez. What a nightmare of a guy! Been living in the US. Acts like he is gods gift to the IS world and the JDE world. After years of him living in the US, he still sounds like he just got off the boat. He is the biggest a--hole. Loved the Grupo Asa consultants even though they didn't know sh-- and have no clue how JD Edwards work. Laziest asses I have ever seen. Incompetent group. But hey, they have an a--hole like Jesus protecting them. Somehow, they think that Spanish is the official language in the office.... even when they are talking work and there are people in the conversation that doesn't speak Spanish but the discussion is work-related that affects the other English speakers, they didn't care. Spanish is the official language at work.

Holy sh!t, this sounds all too familiar. The same things are happening now in a Houston shop. There is an incompetent man in charge, who doesn't even know the wft specific product line, sucks the sack of anyone higher than him (while acting like he knows what he is doing), and favors one certain ethnic group. Integrity in leadership? Why I think not!
The Grupo Asso consultants are the biggest joke!!! That boy Vero somehow got knocked up and decided that WFT should pay for her shopping trips in the US in order to fund her baby nursery! I guess it's ok to rack up expenses this way whereas employees who've dedicated years of their life at WFT are forced to retire early. Stupidity everywhere in this company!
Funny to see his name mentioned by someone else on here but have to agree Jesus has turned into a straight up cut since he was promoted he is one of the biggest as kissers in the company. Saw him talk trash to various employees in Fort Worth last year and was disgusted as he made fun of others behind their backs after they left the room. He does everything in his power to keep Argentinan consultants employed even though they have to pay for their lodging and flying them back and forth constantly and on top of that they are ALL MORONS ie: Vero! They are all safe though because they are latino just like you say.
