The real question is, what is the root cause for NBU issues ? Look no further than those currently in charge as they are the granddaddy's of all problems associated with this project. That will become painfully obvious before Chaparral gives their last analyst call in 2015. It is already known inside the company, BUT nothing can be done to remove those responsible.
I think you have to be a subscriber online, but there might be a temporary subscriber option. I agree with the post that said this may be information provided by a disgruntled ex-employee, but the article is absolutely accurate about the problems with the NBU CO2 project.
