Look up vicarious liability for your state. Jack and friends are closer to jail than most think.
C-level executives are ultimately responsible for wrongdoing even if at a distance. This is a simple fact of corporate law. It comes with the big salaries.

hopefully this doesn't surprise anyone...this should be the confirmation that those of you who didn't really think the DOE meant business when they gave 6 months to find buyers or wind down operations was serious. Why would CCi appeal the decision when they are being ran out of business.
