The arrogance of our senior management amazed me today. They truly think they can take their raises and bonuses and then turn to the rest of us and say "yours won't be there this year but be thankful we are giving you a bonus (and a smaller one than usual for AIP)....we are dis continuing a program.... ". So we should just take the news and not question it? Some of us aren't the APC robots. And wht talent that hasn't already left our company already in the last 2 years will now find it very easy to move on. APC just revealed its future today.

Discouraging the apc culture isn't everywhere and people don't believe our management. Most trustworthy company I know of. Hard not to believe our management no matter what they say. Been here 7 years and everything upper management says is almost always 100% true. Have yet to find a lie
Even more to the cowardly behavior of not even getting up in person to announce the "news" and by hiding behind a VIDEO....!!! FYI Al..... That's not a townhall. AND you lost even more credibility with employees if that's possible. APC was once a great corp with great leadership - not anymore.
Unbelievable the "APC bots" that bought into that "how lucky you are" speech! Wake up and check the reality. Our peers DIDNT cut 2015 merit for thier employees.
