The exit process was NOT with caring and compassion as the CEO (Gremp) said it needed to be; being pulled into a conference room with management and HR, given a scripted reason for your being let go by a manager, HR going over the severance details and then being required to hand over all company property (phone, badge, credit card, computer) and clean out your work area within a few minutes before being escorted off company property (by taxi, your car or other). ALL WITHOUT BEING ALLOW TO SPEND A FEW MINUTES WITH THOSE YOU SPENT YEARS WORKING WITH TO SAY GOODBY! This kind of treatment is downright shameful and truly shows that employees, no matter their contributions and / or tenure, are in the end, just numbers and not names.
