Do we know what a typical severance package is?

was told that the jar of vasoline included 1 week of pay per year worked.
Not sure, it's one or two weeks per year of service, has to be a full year. I think everyone gets 8 weeks on top of that. There is a cap on severance pay, it may be 26 weeks or something like this. Maybe some of the laid off folks will chime in here.
