RN's business model is broken and borderline unacceptable. I am not sure what's going to happen to this company - I am glad I do not work there any more. For all that are still there - I have one question: What keeps you at Rewards?

mark sotir has completely screwed this company. He didnt fire Ron fast enough, hired a new CEO that has no interest in a turnaround; just a Sam Zell kiss ass! Employees hate the company and management so much that the talent group cant keep up filling positions. Hire one, 2 more quit or get fired. The place is a total joke and so is sotir as a chairman. Sam, dump Mark or better yet, dump RN and move on.
