AECOM is growing by acquisition, but no one there knows how to merge new operating companies with the existing firms. First they grow by acquisition, then they go public with the inflated sales numbers, then they re-brand themselves, then the marketplace falls apart, and they are top heavy with legacy firm VPs and senior managers so they need to trim their workforce to show profitability. Bad news on the horizon for those left standing!!!
