this company hires ahead of the curve. layoffs were due to business process reengineering. customer service positions add little value to customers when you have such a srong customer oriented organization from the beginning to the end. those positions eliminated were strategic. this is a great company and, by the way, if you are talented with great ideas that can move the organization forward, i'd encourage you to forward your resume to the HR department. Otherwise, perhaps the CS team should increase their skill base and then re-enter the workforce once they have globally competitive skills. This company is poised for growth, it has great people, excellent and loyal customers, and loves the local Louisville community.
