Thread regarding DST Systems Inc. layoffs

got let go on monday. spent three years at dst. just like the poster below i was escorted from the building and did not have a chance to bid farewell my folks - we\'ll sync up as we\'ll stay friends beyond dst. anyhow, the whole episode was handled in a bad way - i liked dst and there was no need for such a theatrical display of corporate courage and rigidity. now, i heard that hundreds of people got axed, the poster below is noting that it\'s 760 - i\'d say it\'s probably too high (or more layoffs can come in future) - i also know that both kansas city and albany, ny folks are being affected. good luck to all who stayed behind.
