Mark - Keane is f-ed up upside down. The management is bad, and this applies to both top guys and mid management - I worked for both Accenture and IBM and I can tell you that the Keane leadership is just bad. With that being said, the decisionmaking process is often haphazard at Keane, we try to believe or to pretend that we know what we are doing but often key decisions including the layoff decisions are made without solid business reason and are not well thought through. Just my 2c.
