Thread regarding AEE Solar layoffs

As customary, poor management decisions by bonehead ownership will be paid for by those least able and least responsible. Eighteen layoffs but at least as many workers, most very experienced and reliable, left on their own out of frustration with multitudinous middle management meddling combined with arrogant, inexperienced leadership. I am 63 years old and face a very uncertain future as a result of this, but at least now I can begin again to seek gainful employment . I am hopeful that it will be with people who poss some honesty and integrity.ess
