what about heavy machinery in the economic stimulus plan - i'd expect that with the ESP subsidized plans we'd see an uptick in the heavy machinery and materials sector, something that foster wheeler will certainly benefit from. again, these are just my predictions and i have no firm numbers or any kind of analysis to confirm this.
