well, i'll spill it. all of us know it's not going as it should. there will be layoffs very soon and we know that the back office is going to be hit hard. i was always bullish on janus but in the current business climate i think we all know thare will be some significant workforce rebalancing very soon. just my 2c. feel free to chime in if you have any insider info...
