Thread regarding Keane layoffs

In short I am angry, I haven't been laid off but after 7 years with Keane Inc. the company stopped matching my 401K contributions and I was asked to take two weeks (ten work days) of unpaid vacation. I understand that things are not that brilliant and that the economy is struggling, but this is hurting me so bad that I think that Keane just gave me a slap on the face - it's humiliating. I wander what the big guys are sacrificing - or, is the executive leadership at Keane just another gallery of greedy and brutal mbas w/out any regard for the wellbeing of their employees.
