Complementary Coatings Corp. of Edgewater officially informed the state Tuesday it planned to shut down and lay off its workers. In a WARN notice filing, the company, known as Coronado Paint, indicated it started laying off 86 workers Monday with the layoffs expected to be complete by Oct. 16.
