For those that legitimately dislike Fiserv and want to leave I wish you the best in your 2025 job search. May you find something that cures the ills you’re suffering under FB. If, however, you don’t even look for another job then I have no sympathy for you. For those who are going to tough it out because it’s their best alternative or retirement is close then I wish you good luck but you forfeit your right to complain. For the Kool-Aid drinkers I wish for your eyes to be opened. Also stay off this board. It’s not for you. Happy New Year.

@ad+1wfjQpoR how long did it take? You escaped at a good time. Tech su-ks now. So even a job at Fiserv is something, which is better than nothing.
My guess is new CEO will be that Greek guy Takis from JP Morgan with a very vague Exec Committee title. Hand-picked to do four years of FB‘s bidding and just waiting in the wings…
They only have so much hatchet-man time left. They better hurry up. Chop chop.
JG is on a contract and it was never intended for him to stay here long term……
Trying to hang on until we see if he gets in SSA. Determine who is replacement. Rumor is JG is retiring in April so that will be two gone hopefully. New CEO could make or break this place further.
I'd leave if I could for a better paying job, but the market is trash. Many positions locally pay significantly less than my Fiserv salary.
Am I happy? Nope. Do I need to keep a roof over my head? Yup, so I'm biding my time for now.
Sympathy? You’re on the wrong site.
Hey guys, this OP isn’t going to give you their sympathy! How self important, indeed!
I feel this, but in many ways i choose to fight this id--tic, inept, unqualified regime. I would much rather kick them in a-s on their way out the door and bring back the old Fiserv. Pipe dream i know, but it keeps me warm.
Got a lot of feelers out there, job market is garbage so it’s weeding through a lot of fake garbage or waiting for hiring managers to actually get approvals but I’m trying. It’s a shame because a lot of the ground level people at Fiserv are fantastic. Smart and caring people who are trying their best to do their jobs and help the clients. The higher you go the less impressive the leaders become and the less sense their decisions make, to the point where now as just some mid level manager, it feels like everything is totally out of my hands and can’t make a difference no matter what.
It is very hard to put yourself out there and apply for something new. But you need to have confidence and put yourself out there.
It may take time but keep pushing forward. I used to feel so overwhelmed and just wished for someone to sweep in with a great new opportunity at a fabulous company. It never happened. It was only through persistence that I found a better job a few years ago and have no regrets.
