I’m a current Fiserv employee but was a First Data employee who is close to retirement. I’m just hanging on since I still make enough money not to want to try to start over. I just want to say you old Fiserv employees need to look in the mirror your upper management including Joe Y agreed to buy FD. Those of us at FD knew it was going to be a bad deal for you guys because FB is a shark and it was going to take him less then a year to be in charge of the new company then proceed to ruin it like he did FD. I feel your pain people get out if your young enough or have an actual viable skill.
I was very happy working for fiserv. It was my dream career. Then First Data took over. I’ve never witnessed such skilled incompetence in my career. Those FirstData A$$clowns turned my dream job into a nightmare. So happy I retired.

Yes, I am close to retirement and am counting the days. I will leave with pride in legacy Fiserv but not Second Data. As the joke goes, First Data bought Fiserv with Fiserv’s money. This regime does not give a rat’s —s about employees. Zero loyalty and that is the perspective all employees should have going forward.
