Elimination of anyone over JG 14. Close plants and DC’s. Close offices in under performing countries. Move more manufacturing to Mexico and China to save money. Stock price goes up temporarily and then levels back to 125

BB has already hinted the number of plants &DC is considered excessive. And needs to be trimmed. I expect another 10% closure in y2025

More restructures obvious as BB discussed in the call. Pension is still headwinds so more cuts for employees in portfolio 1 and 2. Consolidate divisions. Sell or get rids of assets not fully utilized. I can see more plants and DC closure in 2025.

My confident predictions are that the top level will:

  1. Get rid of more of the expensive employees who have been there a while and have useful knowledge and experience.
  1. Hire more cheap right-out-of-school employees who have no experience and don't know how to use any of the cobbled-together 3M systems that are needed to do the jobs of the 2 FTEs each has been hired to replace.

Mass job eliminations below JG14, spinoff more divisions, cut more benefits, rinse, and repeat.
