In my opinion, they should scrutnize those sales fronting BUs Directors and above who "hiding" behind our sales and refuse to go meet our big customers to help the organisation close big deals and show customers the care and management attention they need. Too comfortable to just manage internal sales organisation and pushing for results and updates. Such a easy life and job and high salary I wish!! What is a leader of a sales organisation who doesn't need to meet customers ever? Do they really call sales leader ?
Same as 2024, but they will kick it up a notch with RTO and no remote except for special roles geared towards AI. 20% reduction in HC. And every month you get to wonder if they’re putting together another list. If you remain you get more work.
Don’t expect 25 to be any better than 24. It will be worse.
Services gets outsourced, support goes offshore, customer service goes away. Customers will be left alone to solve issues and eventually sees the light and leaves Dell for someone else. It’s a matter of time.

Micheal Dell will continously spearhead layoffs until the company "saves" enough money to double his already ridiculous bonuses. Then he'll celebrate by buying another Porche, calling for more layoffs and then write another book about how awesome he is.
