@xbe, your comment is probably not the way you want to end the year with.

I believe the thank you bonus is the payback for the 5% pay cut in 2023. Those remaining at intel already has those stocks vested in 1year and in the etrade acct. Those who left voluntarily got Those in terms of cash. Number stocks x mkt value as of dec 3 2024.

@mej your RSUs for the 5% should have been deposited on 12-3-24. The "thank you" bonus that is being talked about in this thread is just the cash for those of us that left since the RSUs could not be accelerated.

The VSPs asking for more direct deposits after they’ve been off the payroll for 3 months are leeches. Please go away.

…and the employees like myself who qualified for ERP but stayed with Intel have gotten nothing , for staying with Intel.

The company is paying out bonuses to people who have already left the company and for current employees. nothing: no incentive, no retention, no thank you.

The co-CEO’s in their last video say they will address the brain drain, but how?

Hmm, price of share seems to reflect dec 3 of 2024 of $23 ish. I sort of remembered CP have mentioned taking the dec 3 of 2023 price of $43ish in the August ACM. Anybody remembered that? I'm still grateful regardless.

It is listed in final paystub as Performance Bonus (different line item from annual performance bonus). I do not think it is a thank you bonus, but a repayment for the 2023 interim base pay reduction.

I hope and expect that there will also be some part of the prorated 2024 app that will be paid in Q1’25
