Thought you predicted US Bank several times in 2024. (“Secret meetings happening with US Bank!”). Mo--n.

The research isn't required when I sit there and observe the ones complaining but always silent in the townhall. And it was very clear who I was referring to. And the few that do speak up aren't enough.
It's why I emphasized the importance of speaking up at townhalls over the survey. Less control for them to delete comments.
None of this is remotely profound.

For the record, teammates do ask questions during townhalls with slido and leadership openly ignores/deletes the ones they don't want to answer, especially as it relates to RTO policy discrepancies. So to say people don't speak up is incorrect. We do. We just just get ignored. Do you research.

Not going to happen.
And no one should want that to happen. The only good thing that could happen is Bill and friends leave. Cheering on the failure of a company/bank isn't conducive.
And I get it. The leaders aren't acting as leaders and there are a lot of unanswered questions regarding how much of a good idea was it to offshore so many parts of the bank and get rid of good talent on the BBT side.
It's not just Truist going through the motions of bad leadership. Perhaps look to smaller banks like Credit Unions and Community Banks for better opportunities as they generally come with less baggage and drama than bigger banks.
Also, be more outspoken in the townhalls. There are too many people sitting back complaining but not coming forward to express what they really think. It's one thing in the surveys, but it's a whole other level articulating it at townhalls. That's an opportunity to make some of these leaders uncomfortable because no one really likes pushback on the BS they are trying to sell. And don't let them divert which is what these people commonly do.
Drill home the point.
Working at Truist has me stressed and my hemorrhoids acting up. Life is too short to be stressed. Looking at other opportunities in January!
Ooooo...... Can we please be acquired by Citi 🙏
Start your rumors citi usb and pnc those are only 3 that could buy us
Isn’t there a nationwide deposit cap?
There's nothing that Truist has that WF wants. Too much geographic overlap, and too many WF cast off employees at Truist.
They would have to start working instead of posting all day
I agree with commenter. We can tell the fake posts so why not just stop.
Are you the same person who claimed we were merging with US Bank and that pensions were being eliminated in August 2024? Lol
