Any info on these things? Few weeks until the end of January and something’s coming but not sure what. Doesn’t sound like last years numbers but thinking the early performance reviews are for targeted layoffs.

Anyone get these ominous "Change is coming February 13th" triple tier signs??
It’s really aggravating to have to deal with this year after year. I wish the higher ups would be less greedy about their own bonuses and annual salary increases. Also, if Macys backstage and Bloomingdale’s business has been achieving or beating their sales plans, would the layoffs still affect those corporate employees or just Macy’s mailbox?
I’ve been slowly asking around myself to better understand the size of layoffs. It will probably be a quiet round of layoffs. Closing stores year over year, and such a large miss to the financial plan and soft business in Holiday, it wouldn’t be a surprise. there’s a bunch of jobs still open for 6+ months
