Techs get a bonus based on how many shots over goal the pharmacy does. CVS shot tracker was down a couple of hours on Saturday and when it came back up, shot goals were increased for 2024, which ended on December 28, 2004, and many stores lost any bonus. CVS is unbelieveable.

And id--ts drinking the Kool Aid actually believe CVS isn't totally boned in 2025?? Hahahahahaha!!
They are desperate to not pay out any bonus possible
I hope they back track - cause this is 100% true
So raise the goals at the last minute so stores have no time to try to meet said goal to qualify for the bonus. Yeah that sounds about right for something CVS would do.
