H1B is not an issue at Dell since there are 35,000 employees directly in India supporting the US and Global businesses.
I think we really know what the "I" in ISG stands for.
we have a few H1B that are remote and not in the office....that's a double whammy.

H1-B needs to be reserved for top 1%. The majority of Dell h1-b's are pretty far from that. Dell wants to be a federal contractor hire US workers first. We have plenty of very solid engineers state-side to fill any needed roles.
