The entire exec mngt team suffers from a newly defined medical condition:
Qualcoma. It is defined as he prolonged state of unconsciousness in which person(s) cannot be awakened and does not respond to external stimuli. It's highly unlikely they will ever recover from this state, and thus, brain death is certain.

Q is stale, stuck in its old ways. Remember the Qualcomm way. How frigid. No new ideas are tolerated unless you are from the old school or are stolen from underlings. Should die and be reborn if possible. Continued slow death with H1B's and work offshored.
You need folks from outside to be part of the executive team, so at least they think out of the box.
