Can someone please explain why we are paying a business development pay to someone doing a sales job? Company finances are in sh-t but we pay him a nice wage for doing a different job. Then there's new board members but getting rid of staff.

The bdm job should be uk based. Doesn't make any sense for it not to be. Id--t ,lying,manning decisions again
