I’m exhausted. My store is managed so poorly that the holiday season has become twice as dreadful as usual.

Going out on PTO this week after a brutal Christmas week. We had a visit last Monday and spent Sunday running around the store and taking down all of the old signing in the breakroom, training room, employee entrance, and office. It looks like we will have all new slogans in 2025 and stores have to remove all of the old signing to get ready for the new motivational sayings. The stores a hot mess, but at least we don't have any MAGIC signing up any longer.
DTLA is managed horribly! Out store manager has given up, no wonder the store is closing. Please Macy’s! Don’t give this man another store, can’t give a captain another ship if he’s already sunken one!
