It’s true took effect in red river division today, jobs division wide include foreman helpers, switchmen, and brake men, no plan to replace, simply displace bottom of rosters after those with seniority utilize there bumps, boards will be cut down to manipulate numbers based on utilization. If boards were already short handed, abolished jobs holders bid, then remaining vacancies are cut down so that BNSF can say we have no vacancies and are utilization numbers are improved, based on numbers manipulation, while cut low men off seniority rosters to make room for those with seniority to bump them to bench boards. Just an overly complex way to reduce safety and cut staffing based on numbers manipulation
