There will be a round, for sure. TD has already proven that they lack capacity to resort to anything but layoffs when facing bad results. God forbid they would actually come up with a growth plan. But maintenance mode also doesn't cut it, especially when you're shedding workforce at such a rapid pace that you'll quickly reach the point of barely being operational. The sooner you leave, the better off you’ll be.

Agree with others on here. Cuts in 2025 are going to be far reaching and more unexpected. Unlike the October round, SM is not going to make the mistake like he did in announcing them well in advance. They are going to be quiet and done very quickly so as to not arouse further suspicion to the market that all is not well inside the company.
The motto this year should be here one minute. Gone the next.
Agreed with a previous post, no one is safe. 2025 is shaping up as yet another worse than expected year for churn. Brace yourselves folks.
I think we'll have a reprieve until late Jan before the cuts begin again. We've had a terrible q4, managers have given up and the only upside is that I can keep applying for roles whilst I have our virtual SKO on mute.
If you think you are safe, you've got your head buried in the sand because eventually you'll be impacted. Unless you are brown nosing SM personally and buying him his alcohol then you may as well
sharpen up your resume.
Yeah…why pay for a good time if you’re planning to toss them out.
Historically the Jan layoff has always been right before sales kickoff GSX
