Executives: we must come into the office for at least two days per week (soon to be three) for critical collaboration time, even on a week which has a holiday on a designated office day.
Also executives: no show in office on the day after Christmas.
No wonder people don’t take you seriously.
Please, if your so unhappy at this granular level, go find somewhere else to work. Im in the office 4 days a week. I could care less who else is there or not there.
I know many executives that were in the office on the next day. The bigger question is whether you know all of them or a selected few. You can't post a comment if you don't have the entire picture.
