This is really what corporate America is about.
Just to toss salt in the wound but karen received 2.5x her salary and targeted bonus for getting fired.
Other than wounded pride and loss of all the unwarranted accolades she received over the years, KL walked away from CVS just fine. She has no need for another gig, public or private.
Don’t forget the Board of Directors that gave her the ok to do what she did.
She should be hired for the ceo position again so she can finish running this company to the ground. $0 stock is achievable under her leadership
She was never remotely qualified to begin with.
She could become a hero by sinking all the big healthcare companies with her talents
I'd be OK with her taking over UHC, Humana, Cigna, Walgreens....or really any competitor ;)
Right on that one. The lady sure ki-led a good and successful company.
She couldn't have done worse if she tried. Or did she?
Took the stock from $80 a share to $44 in less than a year and down from $100 in 2 years.
