I’ve noticed an uptick in “Open to work” posts by Blackbaud employees within the last week and one employee said their role was reduced…anyone know what’s going on?

Got to suspect there will be more layoffs soon. Impossible to sustain "rule of 40" after whatever loss occurred with selling off Everfi, massive hiring in India, and government grant cuts.
I still can't believe they did that valentine's day layoff. Not that valentines day is an important holiday, but some people probably had plans or their spouses had plans which were completely ruined. Kinda messed up.
The week before the Feb 18 earnings call is far more likely. Remember the Valentine's Day layoffs of 2023?
During the Feb 14 call, someone should ask about the status of the DUI that he was charged with with last year .
Probably everyone just reading the writing on the wall for another round of layoffs in February right before the Feb 14 earnings call.
I saw posts from an employee in Professional Services. Blackbaud is a bit heartless these days and with the recent impairment charge, it wouldn’t surprise me if they’re laying people off during the holidays. It’s not the first time they’ve done it. Blackbaud can buy all the awards they want to make this place seem like a great place to work; it’s still a sinking ship.
any1 impacted by this?? surely others would have posted if they were?
Nothing I have noticed. I'd be really surprised if they laid folks off or informed them of it Christmas week.
What were the roles of the laid off if you don't mind sharing?
I wouldn't be surprised if they are reducing headcount in really small waves while India hiring ramps up.
