Walmart does not seem to have clear policies on conflicts of interest. Some leadership members in North America and India are reportedly engaging in practices like moonlighting or running separate businesses or working as a full time realtors.

Indian leaderships have ruined the Walmart culture and America’s worth ethics.
Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave with the ways things are today with the company he founded.
There’s no conflict if there’s no direct or indirect competition. Unfortunately, though, with all the Indian influence at Home office we’re seeing a tremendous jump in shady stuff. Sad but true
