Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

Raises or bonuses for normal workers?

What is the deal with raises and bonuses for non-management office workers this year?

Meanwhile, the opposite will happen. Long-term employees will be “encouraged” to leave Waters of their own free will. An employee who has paid off a mortgage, raised and educated children and is financially free will not succumb to pressure from superiors.
If anyone is thinking about a bonus for years of service, I think that only Union can negotiate such bonuses in the corporation (no matter what you think about them). In Waters it does not exist and without hard negotiations Waters will never be so generous. No way.

I agree those who are there long time get paid same as those who are there less than a year doesn't make sense, I for one would like to see Wexford step up to plate and show some loyalty towards it's long-term workers forget about trying to keep CEO and bosses happy try keep Ur employees happy.

What should be introduced is service pay, after your first 5 URS you get x % increase and after every 5yrs, it's not fair that an operator who knows a there 20+yrs gets paid same as someone new who starts after 6 months, plus I think waters should show some loyalty towards Thier long term employees. In Wexford forget that I performance system it's old fashioned and needs to be put down, 2025 is a year that Waters Wexford needs to shine

Raises and bonuses for regular paid by the hour employees? Are you mad? If they done that, how are supervisors supposed to get the end of year bonuses for being fair, polite, courteous, respectful and downright honest with everyone?
I honestly think they don’t get paid enough off the backs of their underpaid under appreciated down trodden staff. If they did get paid a little more maybe they’d chill the fu-k out and actually make it a better work environment. Or maybe 2025 is the year these peoples children can come back as summer students and report absolutely everything back to mammy and daddy over dinner, they seem to have gotten more ignorant with everyone since it was stopped.

The only thing that is making great progress at Waters Wexford is widespread nepotism and the transfer of more and more duties that should be performed by superiors to ordinary employees.

I agree Wexford needs modernization within itself, move with the times, pay more attention to the monkeys on the floor cause they are the ones that really make waters what it is

I’m guessing that it will be just like after the pandemic “we’ve hit record profits - and we’re keeping all the money, including the money we stole from employees”
