curious, any talk about MBO percentage for this coming year?

yeah, Zero %. They need the $$$ to fund the 2025 WFRs.
If you mean our bonus, at the most recent Q3 review call they said were on track for 100%. The usual caveat was said about "we need a strong Q4" blah blah blah
With all the WFR and terminations, it should be 0% for all the Execs.
