The future of Shell looks bleak. Leadership seems to be stuck playing a broken record, doubling down on cuts and quick fixes. This only ends up drain morale, leaving teams feeling battered and less effective. It doesn't take a genius to realize that s demoralized workforce doesn't spark success but instead sets the stage for failure. We're as good as done.

Ahhh that famous quote….Slowly, then all at once
It is always more dynamic before the end of time occurs. Brace for continued volatility.
Manipulative Insincerity.
My IT leaders always spin things . They create work to get themselves bigger budgets, call failing projects green by endless rebaseling, hire their friends, promote those who kiss the ring. Shell leaders are awful these days
General managers are happy, because they met their cutting targets. It is not about people but making your manager happy. As Simple as that. Disagree?
This time it feels like they have just come through with a meat grinder, destroying without thought or regret.
The Saga of grinding salary and bonusses will continue on for those who master the politics skill. Money will keep flowing in, I am sure of that. Contractors will be hired when things start showing cracks to fix it.
Totally Cooked. Sad and deserved at the same time.
Cooked
I joined years ago seeing this company as my employer for years to come. Currently looking outside; in search of a company that has an actual mission that provokes motivation and a sense of pride. For me it’s almost all gone at Shell. Especially the last two years. Middle and senior management (JG2 till SVP) have been all superficial talk, unclear goals and zero accountability if people don’t deliver. Those last two are ki-ling success. Clownshow.
Shell is overvalued.
Financially, we are a pecten logo rental company - not an energy company.
Solid decade of awful senior leadership.
