Right before Christmas the ELT finally met with employees being pushed to Ennoconn to let them know that changing hw to Ennoconn is moving a lot slower than anticipated so they will continue to be NCR Voyix employees through first quarter of 2025.
While they get to enjoy more uncertainty for another quarter they do get to continue to have luxuries such as healthcare and more Drag Queen bingo!!

Usually upper management is off all December vacationing in the Caribbean with their family while the workers are not allowed off and working mandatory OT for peak season.
2024 was rough for many during the separation, many even left on their own. To start 2025 the volatility will continue as the Voyix side erodes away.
Expect more cuts/outsourcing, increased health care costs/benefit cuts and minimal if any merit increases.
