Pretty spot on the money.
I remember a few years ago there was "fill out the engagement survey" push by X date. Then on a random Friday one of Frank's directs in charge of the whole thing decided he wanted to look good and wanted everyone to drop what they were doing and complete it a week ahead of schedule by Monday morning. He calls up his directs, who call up their directs and suddenly all managers are calling their people over the weekend for this stupid little ego trip effort to fill out a report no one cares about anyway.
And they wonder why no one working there cares anymore.
One thing is for absolute certain, Fiserv is going to be one wild place in 2025. Assuming you are one to stick it out.
