It was a poor outcome for the glob IT industry but there were no legal reasons (almost typed legitimate reasons) to stop this deal going through.

They took long enough to try find something because they knew what the ultimate game play was going to result in.

Feel sorry for the smaller customers, and the employees haven’t fully pained the price yet. Ho ho ho!
