Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

I’ve seen your true colours Cargill. Your leaders su-k. Your values are meaningless. There is no culture in this place. Just a faceless place. My apologies if it used to be good, but I just saw the usual faceless corporate America, all talk no care. As long as you did your job your boss says the right things but they are only managing upwards. Anyway, they kept their job, I didn’t. This place is a sinking ship masked by the owners billions. Since my job going no one spoke to me or care to wish me happy holidays.Well, I know my worth so happy holidays to me and those impacted. To those staying, watch your back and jump before it sinks. On the plus side, You might end up working elsewhere where they actually have inspiring leaders and genuine values.
