Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

Things aren’t looking good for Cargill

It’s like we've hit a wall, and the leadership's big idea is cutting loose the people who actually keep things running. If you haven’t already, now’s the time to dust off your resume and look elsewhere. Waiting around isn’t worth the risk when it’s clear this ship is taking on water fast. Get ahead before you’re stuck scrambling for a lifeboat.

Head Hanchos are Part of it but just to a certain level still too many leaders retained. It annoyed me to as that some employees which are not assenting any value are kept and others working 24/7 , helping the company to make money are just laid off. This will have a huge impact in the coming years and Cargill will miss the train. Anyway, wishing them luck in finding talented people who are staying longer than a year (I see this currently happening that people are going whenever they find another company with more candor.

This is false.. I've been at Cargill for the past 8 years they're letting go the head honchos who have been looking at retirement but dragging their feet.. the ones that haven't been pulling their weight.
