Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Report Intel's H-1B Visa abuses

Ask yourself this question. How many qualified American citizens were CPMed and how many H-1B workers are still in the USA doing jobs that the citizen CPMed employees couple be doing? I know many, all roles. Engineering managers, engineers, etc. Why did Intel not release those people first then fill them with the American citizens? If you feel the same. You can submit a complaint.

Combating Fraud and Abuse in the H-1B Visa Program
The H-1B visa program should help U.S. companies recruit highly-skilled noncitizens when there is a shortage of qualified workers in the country. Yet, too many American workers who are as qualified, willing, and deserving to work in these fields have been ignored or unfairly disadvantaged.

Sounds familiar story with Intel Inc's obsession with underpaid and incompetent H1Bs

There's plenty of evidence to get an investigation going, please report it. There might be monetary rewards issued when fraud is found. Easy money, report it.

I know at least 2 people (H1Bs, ethnicity - you know who!) who were let go from my previous group as part of the CPMs. HR is careful these days - they will ensure equitable distribution of these layoffs in order to avoid lawsuits.

Visa holders should have to be CPM'd before any American citizen. The skills they hold are skills any good American engineer can do, it's all a lie.

Plus, the H1B don't listen, they're stubborn ,terrible to work with.

Yes could we get a demographic breakdown of who was let go from HR? Should be legal to obtain.
