I am in the last stage of the interview. It would be nice to get some feedback from current employees about anything that you would like to share.

@20v+1w748Eq9 If going to Nike you should be getting more than a 22% bump. They tend to pay 30-40% more TC than Adi
Before Christmas I completed all interview stages with another company, still waiting for the final official offer from them. Hopefully I will get an offer with 22% salary bump, my role will be open as well :)
Eyeing out to leave asap myself. But good place if you want to slack a bit while getting paid.
Lots of incompetent people, lots of seat warmers doing nothing for 10-20 years ...
Working for a couple of years but feels like my skills and spirit only go down.
If I would be able to go back I would choose the other offers I had at that time.
With all honesty. If you go for it - use it for the name and promote yourself as hard as you can to quickly jump off this ship. Good luck!
An employee with almost 10 years of tenure here - I'm not happy at all. I am still working to get my severance package & leave some day. If you need a paycheck desperately go for it, otherwise look for other options.
It’s a great company, depending on the perspective you look at and area of work you want to grow.
For interview, be authentic, show your inclination to sports, if any, and state the value you bring to the job you are applying.
Btw, this forum is not the right one to ask for interview tips. You’ll only get views of mostly disgruntled employees who are either stuck in their current job or got laid off. , go to other forums like Glassdoor etc. to get a wider view.
Words of advice: run
I don't recommend, I don't like my team, colleagues or leader.
In reality it’s a fantastic place to work. Sure there are issues and it’s not perfect but the flexibility and perks are pretty cool
Just do your best, if it’s meant to be, it will. If not, it was probably for the best. Career mobility is pretty limited once you’re inside, and they pay less than competitors on average
Would you want to say the role or area? Or not, to keep your privacy?
I am trying to quit, exploring all the possible external opportunities. Just so you know.
