There is no evidence that RTO improves metrics or the culture. All the empirical studies show the opposite.

R layoffs in the air?
We don’t have enough seats for everyone. That’s why it’s not been pushed more but we know who’s not coming in. Lots of organizations can’t require it yet because of lack of space once mandated.
They have “dashboards” and they know exactly who’s coming in and not. They’ll use this for ammo.
JPMC going to 5 days in the office
I would have no issue with RTO, if it was an across the board policy. Unfortunately, SunTruist's RTO policy is based on favoritism which erodes trust, morale and does not contribute to the "culture" EL spouts every chance they can get. What a joke.
It really depends on the office you’re returning to. If you sit all day on Teams calls then yeah, RTO is a net negative.
Bizarre statement when the offshore team are not in our office and we're having to constantly clean up after them.
That was the whole seeling point - talk over a cooler and and s**t.
"You were hired to work. Get in the office, or be outsourced."
Or, more accurately, "Get in the office, and then be outsourced."
This is stupud. You were hired to work. Get in the office, or be outsourced.
Get to work!!!!

Does anyone have a count of the number of repetitive RTO posts. Assuming anyone concerned with catching something never leaves the house to eat shopping events etc and drives by themselves with a mask on
Is this new news or does it surprise anyone?
And…….
Just a bunch of miserable old ba----ds making decisions. Most of those clowns are working from the comfort of their own homes though. While the rest of us are in their hot offices using they stinking bathrooms catching every sickness that's brought in the doors. Banks full of people with titles but no leadership skills.
