So Cargill let go of employees at the beginning of December (same as every other cargill employee affected by the layoffs) and we still haven't seen a single dollar to our name? Thank you for letting us spend the holidays without any money and stressing. Really putting people first huh? The teams are more worried about their christmas events than making the process smoother. Please don't think about working for Cargill Costa Rica, they are all talk and don't live up to their values.

I have heard that several impacted employees still do not have their final paperwork from Cargill.
The severance is not supposed to be paid out until after Feb 5.
I hope we ‘make this moment matter’ and not let Cargill off the hook for how decisions have been made around leaders chosen, complete disregard for people leaving (dont believe what management is telling you as it is not true), and how manipulative they are being in preventing employees from leaving by saying layoffs will find them if they go elsewhere.
This sh**show would not have happened under prior well respected CEOs.
That’s sounds definitely media worthy to me, what a despicable company.
I had heard that some impacted employees have not even gotten their severance documents or gotten wrong documents. What a terrible company to work for, I cant wait to quit once I find the next job!
Funniest part is that HR is not communicating with anyone. You reach out and they don't say anything. They don't even reply to your email. They really don't care about people who were let go. It really shows that they have no idea what they are doing, and they don't really put people first. They just put Cargill first. I hope all of you Costa Rica employees get paid soon!
