Are the layoffs in management roles finalized and comminicated?
How many of them are laid off.

In my team I know they laid off contractors. Mainly on H1Bs. I am wondering how much of the recent public sentiment about H1B visas is driving this.
Many more layoffs coming for managers. Some were not qualified as most failed the algorithms and skittles jar estimate review. Many guessed the wrong number of skittles in the jar or didn't even think about it like a true Googler would.
Wall street is craz on the news. Nobody cares for details
This will be about 3% of Google. Some will be reported and are pending.

They have already been told their roles were eliminated months ago. Sundar didn't introduce new layoffs, he is remarking on the impact of layoffs to date.
This is quite clear from the press reports; try reading past the headline.
