Frank B= “Oww peopowe, oww what Mattah the mowst”. As he mass lays off people , cuts pay, makes it impossible to want to be a part of Fiserv.
How are all of you still there. It’s mind blowing how anyone can stand working at Fiserv still.

You're right, Fiserv is so mediocre in tech and yet keeps saying we're a fintech. You don't realize how mediocre we are until you work for/with more tech driven fintechs. Nothing innovative is happening here.
Fiserv isn't known for competitive salaries, so leaving for a pay cut is undercutting yourself even more. I wouldn't recommend that. However, I do understand peace is priceless.
My plan is to keep doing my job while I'm aggressively looking for another. I'm interviewing and networking, hoping something pans out soon.
I’m patiently waiting for the right opportunity but that gets harder every week. I’m very close to working a job at a pay cut just to have peace in my life. I am optimistic but that takes real work to cultivate. Praying for a new opportunity to show up soon. I have faith, good luck to all.
4 words:
The. Job. Market. Su-ks.
As soon as we catch a decent opportunity, we're in the wind.
People do the job only just good enough with time available not to get fired. Fiserv is an American company yet the whole company suffers from what India call "Chalta hai" disease.
Chalta hai.. the release will be done! Nobody needs quality, the shortcut is taken. We just roll around in our own sh-t. Chalta hai. Fiserv proud. Chalta hai.
I joined a few months ago and not an entry level employee. I'll be out of here within 2 because it looks bad to hop around and I jumped to get salary increased yearly before being here with a pay DECREASE when the tech market went bad. I rolled the dice and landed in the wrong place. This is the most mediocre place in tech I have seen in over a decade though.
